This policy describes how information provided through contact channels and technical data required for security and service context are handled.

Information you provide

When you use the form, we may receive name, company or professional activity, role or profession, email, phone, city, state or region, website or professional profile, area of interest, reason for contact and estimated timeframe.

Technical origin record

For security, abuse prevention and better service context, we record date and time, IP, language, origin page, referrer, UTM parameters when present, and a summarized identification of device and browser.

Approximate location

We do not request precise browser geolocation. Approximate city, region or country is recorded only when the hosting provider or CDN already supplies that information; the IP is not sent to an external geolocation service.

Purpose and retention

Data is used to respond to the contact, understand the request, maintain operational security and conduct the corresponding relationship. Technical records are kept for up to 180 days, unless there is a legitimate need for a different retention period.

Protected channel and session

The website uses a strictly necessary session cookie to protect the form against forged requests and to reveal protected contact channels. The institutional email address is not published in plain text on public pages and is revealed only after visitor interaction.

Sharing

Data is not sold. Technical providers may process it when necessary for hosting, security or communication.

Sensitive data

Do not send passwords, verification codes, sensitive documents or third-party data unless necessary.
